As chief of development operations and acquisitions, he has successfully completed over 27 developments. For fourteen years Anthony Flanagan has lead two real estate development companies into their most productive years.  In the 1980's, he held senior positions for companies in master planning and urban design. He participated in urban downtown renewal projects, retail centers, residential and high-rise master planning.  Additionally, he was also involved in the nationally recognized Gas Lamp District in San Diego, California .
