The former Vice President,
Chief Development Officer of the Western Region for Federal Realty Investment
Trust. He was also the Director of the nationally acclaimed, award winning,
Santana Row, an 18 block mixed-use development
including: 680,000 square feet of retail, 1201 luxury residential units
and 2 boutique hotels totalling 414 rooms. In this capacity he created
and established the west coast regional office with primary duties of leading
an international team to develop and complete one of the greatest mixed-use
streets in America . He has extensive expertise in all phases of acquisition,
predevelopment, development and corporate operations for development.

As chief of development operations and acquisitions, he has successfully
completed over 27 developments and for fourteen years lead two real estate development
companies into their most productive years. In the 1980's, he held senior
positions with companies in master planning and urban design. His central role
was in the participation of urban downtown renewal projects, retail centers,
and high-rise master planning. He was also involved in the nationally
recognized Gas Lamp District in San Diego, California .
